From Dialogue to Impact at WIL EU-GCC

I joined the launch of Women Impact Leaders EU-GCC in Riyadh as a speaker and workshop participant — contributing to the Health, Well-being and Sport track and reflecting on what it means to support women's leadership as a community responsibility.

28 July 2026, I joined the launch of Women Impact Leaders EU-GCC (WIL EU-GCC), known in Arabic as منصة رائدات الأثر, in Riyadh as a speaker and workshop participant.

I contributed to the Health, Well-being and Sport track — an area closely connected to my experience building Cura and working across digital health. Our discussions focused on how leadership, innovation, and collaboration between the GCC and Europe can improve health and well-being.

My participation in advancing women's leadership is grounded in a simple belief: women's empowerment is the responsibility of everyone in the community — through listening, opening doors, and helping build systems where women can lead and shape decisions. My role was to contribute to an environment where their leadership has greater space and influence. I met many wonderful women leaders and entrepreneurs, and I took away a great deal to reflect on.

Thank you to the Federation of Saudi Chambers, the National Committee for Sustainability and Green Economy, Vibrant Work, Sustainable Global Impact, Abeer AlHashimi, Dr. Iwona Safi, and everyone who made this gathering possible.

The launch created the connection. Its real impact will come from what this community builds next.
